Accessing the Workflow Builder

Log In

Log into your Urtentic Dashboard

Navigate

Go to Workflows in the main menu

Create

Click Create New Workflow to open the workflow builder

Basic Configuration

Start by setting a Workflow Name - a descriptive name for internal reference.

Process Configuration

Drag and drop Processes to include in your workflow:
Identifier: DOCUMENT_VERIFICATIONSecurity Settings:
  • Gallery Restriction, Screenshot Restriction, Age Restriction, Duplicate Detection
Quality Settings:
  • Face Match Threshold, Document Types
Outputs: Full Name, Date of Birth, Age check, Document Number, Document type, Issue/Expiry dates, Address, Country, Nationality, Sex, Template matching, Alteration detection
Identifier: LIVENESSBiometric Types: Passive Liveness, Selfie Video, Selfie PhotoOutputs: Liveness confirmation, Photo of face, Duplicate check via face matchingInput Required: SELFIE_VIDEO - Video capture for verification
